TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
If you will consider adding your skill sets to our team, we have a number of
things we are offering you:
1. Practical
Leads/Contract Work that is within your
geographic area of business, and geared to your type of business on a
first priority basis. Initial work is paid by us at our agreed upon
rate, and all other work
is done at your fair market rate less 10% discount to client, and overhead to
our company.
2.
Volume of Business GUARANTEE: If you do not generate 200
times ($ 6,000) as much as your registration fee in gross business
within the first twelve months, we will continue your registration for
another full year, or more until you have generated at least this volume
of business.
3.
Client Feedback We will provide you with
information regarding the client feedback obtained from our mutual clients
whenever feedback is less than 100% positive. We will also provide you
with more business and recognition when you do get completely positive
feedback from our mutual clients.
You in turn agree
to:
1. Provide
professionalism of service with every client we refer you to, whether as
an independent contractor or as our subontractor, by ensuring that
the following standards are maintained in every aspect of every job:
a) You will ensure that whoever attends to any work site is legally responsible, of age (18 yrs+), prepared with appropriate tools, equipment and shop supplies, and ensures carpet and flooring protection through clean practices at every property where work is done in a home or office, including use of disposable "booties" where necessary.
b)You will ensure that you and your people do not smoke in any home or office, nor come to work with any evidence of use of alcohol or drugs. You will also be prepared to confirm that every technician has been drug tested, background checked, and presents no risk to the clients or themselves, and that care will be taken in the parking of vehicles in proper parking areas, or with permission only to park in irregular parking places.
c) You will arrange to have all contract or subcontract work completed in a professional and honest manner in accordance with the posted rates we pay as distrbuted by AI Contract Partners (2009 Residential Rate - $ 60.00 per hour) paid for residential and/or commercial work. Once work exceeds time our format can pay you for, your work is completed directly for our mutual client at your disclosed fair market rate less 10% discount to our client and 6-10% paid to our company for administration and commissions (See schedule for specific rates). Work may be refused by AI Contract Partner at their own discretion so long as such rejection is communicated quickly and clearly to AI Contract Partner dispatch personnel.
d) You further agree to either go yourself to a job, or send only knowledgeable people in your/their trade so that the work is done properly from the beginning. In the event that work is deemed unsatisfactory at anytime, it is the responsibility of you as an independent licensed sub-contractor to correct whatever deficiencies are proven at no additional cost to client, or AI Contract Partners, LLC
e) You affirm to AI Contract Partners, LLC that you and/or your company are legally able to do all of the type of work you begin, and agree to maintain throughout the job proper licensing and insurance. If at any time these requirements are not able to be maintained before the work is complete, you will immeidately notify AI Contract Partners, LLC and stop work.
This agreement shall in no way create an employee/employer relationship at any time, and both parties are agreed to be independent contractors in this relationship.
